I've had this persistent image in my head for years: an odd looking albino woman in a cloak riding through a crossroads...and lately, she has come back. I'm trying to "reveal"--as Stephen King says that fiction, or art, is a found thing, chipping away the block of marble, letting out the figure trapped inside--more of what I see or saw. Lunatyr--that's her name, right now--brings to mind Michael Moorcock's Elric of Melnibone. Moorcock's classic fantasy sorcerer was/is an albino with the "power" of reincarnation. She doesn't have the power so much as she has died two times and been born three times, into three different ages.

So, what I'm getting to is I'm asking for any feedback anyone may have. Any help stimulating my imagination. I don't know if I so much want to write about her as draw her. So far, in my mind's eye she is tall(6'3"), white-skinned, white haired, ice-blue eyes with no pupils at all, and wears a vague outfit(meaning I can't see more than a gray cloak at th emoment).

Love Thank you for joining :iconfeaturemywork:! I'll quickly explain how you can make the most out of our group!

Bullet; Blue The easiest way to take advantage of the group is with our Features! We do a weekly 1 person feature, with a few paragraphs of your strengths, some pointers on how to improve and one Featured Deviation

Bullet; Green To get a feature, all you have to do is check out the most recent feature and add a comment onto the Featured Deviation!

Bullet; Red I'm sure you're wondering, "How can you encourage people to say something other than "cool"?" Well, our group offers badges to commend thoughtful, kind, encouraging critiques and words. So far, we have not had anyone simply give a one word reply. Which makes us very happy!

Bullet; Pink So, the badges you may ask? Currently we offer two badges, The Community Spirit Award and the Rising Star Award. The Community Spirit Award basically commends people who are community minded, offering critiques, comments, features etc.

While the "Rising Star Award" is issued out once a month to those who appear to be "One to watch"; showing great promise and skill. Its recoginising hard work, basically C:

As always, we hope to grow and expand. Any critiques, suggestions or thoughts on how FeatureMyWork can improve will be appreciated!

Feel free to ask any questions!

Hey! I think I know why you're suffering with your tablet. After looking at your sketches, it's clear there's no pen pressure. What software are you using?

Also, thanks for the watch!
