I guess you wanted me to tell you what's wrong
I'm not a professional and I don't know much about anatomy yet, anyway the left leg is massive and shaped like a chicken leg, the right hand is too blocky and the fingers have no shape, the left hand looks like the fingers were cut off, the toes are missing, torso needs more shape, the neck looks fused with her trapezius, the nose doesn't seam with the eyebrows, the left arm is shaped strangely, the right arm is too long (the elbows go above the middle of the waist), right wrist is too thin, abdominal lines look awkward, the shading is going outside of her body, left shoulder misplaced
You should buy a Cintiq, that's what most people on dA and GoogleTube use
