My bobblehead collection. 7 of them increase your SPECIAL attributes--Strength, Perception, Charisma, etc--by 1. The other 13 increase your skill sets by 10--Big Guns, Science, Medicine, Repair, Lockpicking, etc etc. Unfortunately, in this play I could not get the Achievement for getting all of them--which I have never done--because I forgot there's one in Raven's Rock, and the only time you can get it is after they kidnap you...and I didn't get it. It was blown up, at least the entrances. They're little bobbleheads of the Fallout boy holding various things or wearing something; for instance, Luck he's wearing a green Irish top hat with a four leaf clover on it.
