This is off, isn't it? Honesty, please. So'Laris is a petite character. I was going for three heads, but the head looked way too long, so I shortened it, and then it threw off the three-heads proportions of the rest.

it looks fine to me but you can't tell if a character is tall or short when they are standing alone on a page .... for a petite character so far it looks fine. you would need to put something in the background to indicate she is small if you want to show that. if you are going for a smaller/shorter person than all your limbs, neck and torso are too long and need to be shortened.
